i MIXED MY FINA ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND IT HAS BEEN SITTING UP.
i READY TO START TAKING IT BUT I DON'T KNOW BECAUSE I WAITED TO LONG?

Fina should be good for a very long time as long as it's kept in a cool, dry place.... It certainly won't have gone bad in a month..
