Does estrogen help women in the gym?

Does estrogen help women with endurance? I have seena video yesterday, and there they say that women are benefited by somuch estrogen, as it gives them strength and endurance. Then why domen inject testosterone then, and not estrogen?

The natural levels of estrogen in women are already optimal, so there is no need to increase them. However, you are right there - estrogen is indeed the responsible for ladies' endurance. But it works differently in men, causing side effects, which does not happen in women. But as a matter of fact, testosterone is naturally related to estrogen in men, and the higher the levels of testosterone, the higher the levels of estrogen.

However, if you want to supplement with something for endurance, then Cardarine GW and SR9009 is definitely a good idea.

Actually the reverse is true. High estrogen levels are linked to body fat gain and water retention - which will hinder your endurance.

Estrogen is an important hormone but it's not something you want in high concentrations or in low concentrations. You want estrogen right in the normal range.

If you are looking for a supplement to increase endurance, check out cardarine -> https://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine-gw-501516-explained

Testosterone is used for muscle building or keeping muscle while cutting so that is why some people would inject that for bodybuilding.

As for endurance I cant see how high estrogen could benefit a woman. Is there a link to this study?
