Does Crystal Light dehydrate you?

I would say yes, as i'm an avid Crystal light drinker.. i probably drink 2 packets a day of the peach tea. lol. I'm trying to cut back to only water.. but yes, i would definitely say it dehydrates you, as my body starves for water after crystal light.

hell no it doesn't..there's no caffeine, would would be the dehydrating factor???? It's water and chemicals...........

i try only to drink crystal light when im mixing fiber and green powders t odown it instead of juice, but haven't noticed any dehydration?

No caffeine in the Crystal Light, maybe the iced tea tho -- check the label. I don't find it dehydrates me at all.....

I was thinking about this thread and wondering that maybe it is possible that the citric acid, chemicals, etc. in CL may have a dieturic effect.......not completely ruled out now that I've thought about it......actually, very possible, just not to the extreme as caffeine......
