I've never noticed any appetitie increase on it. Just be sure to eat good quality protein with that increased appetite and it'll help speed up your weight loss and keep muscle.
it usually decreases it, but i could see it being more of a mental thing being more hungry cuz you know your metabolism is movin a lot faster so you think you can eat it
I must admit, on the first days on clen i feel a real need for carbs!Of course when i'm using it i'm on a low carb diet also.But still i notice a difference in "carb hungry" when i'm using the clen.
Isnt clen supposed to increase metabolism up to 50%?????? If it does, wouldnt you think that youd burn twice as much(maybe)calories and have to feed your body more? I would.
I started super clen about 3 days ago, what an exciting last few days. Hunger went through the roof at first, but that is subsiding. Fealt lathargic at first but that too is going away. The shakes are getting worst though with every day. I couldn't even go to chem lab today because I was shaking to bad. I thought I might shake and drop some chemical and blow the lab up. Noticed a little more vascularity so far, just have to get used to the whole shake thing I guess.

Do I really need to start all the way over at low dosage on second go around? Seems a little bit of a waste. Or do I just revamp at my highest tolerable dose from first cycle?

It would be foolish to give you any sort of advice when we know nothing about your training or your diet in the first place

Not a fan of clen at all due to the side/health effects. The results are also minimal when compared to making diet/lifestyle changes. Not worth it at all.
