Does anywhere sell Brown Rice Powder? Or Oatmeal/Whole Grain Powder?

Contacted a company that sold an item called RiceLIFE

Product Information: RiceLife® Whole-Grain Rice Powder
Description: RiceLife® is a dairy-free powder made from 100% whole grain brown rice. It contains essentially all the protein, bran oils, vitamins, fiber, and carbohydrates found in whole-grain unpolished brown rice. Creative Research Management’s patent-pending technology results in a smooth, slightly sweet, mild-tasting whole-grain ingredient that includes a
balanced blend of glucose, maltose and complex carbohydrates—without the heavy, sharp flavor notes normally associated with whole brown rice.

RiceLife® is made from 100% whole brown rice, which is not considered a significant allergen. It does not contain any other grains, grain products, dairy products, added sweeteners, maltodextrin carriers, or preservatives. RiceLife® is available in either conventional or certified organic versions.
