Head down to the CVS and browse them....any store that has the muscle magazines..... Ussualy on the last pages where they have advertisments they have a listing of shows and dates.

It's posted in my gym, I'll find out the detials tomorrow. We have one guy who would have competed in it. It wasn't in Beaufort, might have Estill.
