Does anyone have a diet for bulking?

What should I be eating? Has anyone come up with a schedule? I have been on Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad, Chicken Sandwich and steak sandwiches on wheat. Please give me some ideas or diets . . .
 
this is what i do while bulking. i eat 5-6 times a day. 60-70 grams of protein a meal and at least 100grams of carbs a meal. if not over 150grams of carbs. carbs should be oatmeal, potatoes, rice, etc. protein should be chicken, tuna, turkey, eggs, etc. and fat should be from peanut butter, fish, or and oil like flax seed.
 
You forgot the #1 bulking............PIZZA.....granted you have to eat clean but when bulking its war......I am on now 200mg Test enth every 3 days...I can not enuff food in me..4 slices 11/2 hour before you train and man you feel like god...
 
I don't do this but.

Most top pros bulking diets consist of McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza and lots and lots of protein. You can not get the needed calories by eating clean. But then again, who wants to look like Lee Priest does during the off season.

I eat a lot of lean beef. I like to eat clean & that gives me the freedom to eat whatever I want above my calories,fat & carbs. This way I can eat a little junk food with my kids. I take in a min of 5000 calories a day & still maintain about 10%BF w/out any cardio or matabolic boosters.
 
i used to see Dave Palumbo at my gym all the time.........A bad meal is better then no meal........Was what he once said...$1 double cheeseburgers no bun..............

7oz. salmon

6 Broccoli spears

12oz. tuna

2 cups of brown rice

1.5 pounds of cottage cheese

very nice...at 5'10 180 natural I think I would actually literally explode on that diet. I drink a post workout shake 8 oz of london broil and a cup of rice and I feel like I'm gonna die. How long do you stick to your bulking diet?

The last show I did was two years ago this month. I've been "bulking" ever since then. My body doesn't seem to go above 11%bf so long as I bust my ass with the iron and eat clean. I'm making a run at 300 so I'll be bulking a while. Then I plan to cut and do another show...Hopefully within two years I can reach this goal. I'm not the type to diet just because it's summer. I couldn't give a rats ass about chissled serratus and vascular lower abs unless I'm on a stage, so I won't kill myself for the beach look and sacrifice 50 pounds of mass for the hell of it.
