Descipline of the diet on weekends. I will eat healthy and clean all week and then come the weekend, I go out and party, miss meals, eat junk, so retroactive!!!

Whatever you put in is what you will get out. If you want to look good and feel good then you need to be consistant. No days off. Nutrition is number one!
 
You are exactly correct my friend, all that I am saying that it gets hard, especially on weekends where my schedule is so unregimented, you know what I mean?????
 
I was that way to an extent when I was in undergraduate school. I always thought of it as;

If I smoke a blunt tonight ~ it cancels out my cardio.

If I drink tonight ~ it cancels out my cardio & my workout this morning.

Being clean and staying clean is the only way to expect the maximum out of your efforts. The more you eat, the better. Make sure you try to balance the ration's a little. lol.
 
Obviously, if you can eat properly on the weekends as well as the week days you are going to have superior results. However, I generally allow myself at least a couple cheat meals over the course of the weekend. I don't sweat it.. I just hop back on the plan as soon as Monday rolls around. I've found that it keeps me a lot more focused... ESPECIALLY if i eat 3 or 4 really fatty, garbage meals... I don't want to even THINK about touching the stuff for another week.
Sometimes i think back to how many weekends I pissed away with alcohol and stuff, and wonder how much better my gains would have been if I had been more responsible.
I don't think drinking every once in a while is going to effect you too much... Unless you are looking for extreme results...
Its like everybody says... it depends how badly you want to have the extreme body... Its not easy... and you do have to make sacrifices...
Usually Partying is one of the first things that needs to go...
You have to weigh out the benefits as to what you want more...
 
I have experienced and realized that moderation is the key just like you sdaid, not ready to stop partying but I dont do pills and k anymore every weekend either. Its all about moderation, thanks for the info!
 
My problem is that I dont get in nearly the amount of meals I should on the weekends. My schedule is fairly regimented during the week and it really keeps me on track in terms of eating. When the weekend rolls around and I have no school or work it throws my eating all to hell.
 
It is hard for me to eat a lot and often...very hard. I do my best though.

I wish i was as big as you so i can eat like a monster!

I love to eat lots of food, but it hurts to know that i'll get fat if i eat to much, :(
