I remember reading a news bit in Men's Health, Men's Fitness, or one of the other muscle rags that a study was conducted examining testosterone levels in men who refrained from sex or masterbation.
Their levels increased, but peaked at about week two and then started to gradually decline.
A Pubmed search didn't turn up anything. Who knows if this was even published or how scientific it was.
