Not necessarily, Star. Although I do agree that this guy is probably pathetic and just scamming for some ass, it depends on the age of consent in their state. I mentioned earlier that it is 14 in Hawaii & South Carolina, in some states it's 15, in most its 16, and in several states it is 18.
