How much do you deadlift?? If people accuse you of being a powerlifter or football player it must be som serious weight huh.....

The only lift of yours that I know of is the curls with 30-40lb.

Whats wrong with 30-40 lbs? I'm not sure I can curl 40 lbs, maybe 30. (course I've been doing it what, 3 1/2 months?)

I workout at home because of the long hours I work.So I can train on any day or time that I want.

I still go to the gym to do some dumbell work etc...

I prefer to workout at home, but I have neither space nor money, so back to the gym I go. But at least its quier when I train there around Midday. That's good thing about working early mornings, allows me to do anything I want during the day like eating 6 meals a day :)

I don't recall saying that there was anything wrong with it.

I am a huge supporter of home gyms. I find that at public gyms:

1) I dont like people watching me/asking questions/interrupting
2) I look like a DORK carrying my laptop with my routine on it :)
3) Sweaty equipment sucks (unless its *my* sweat!)

However, the only thing with home gyms I dont like, is a constantly want something else. Currently I am dying for a cable lat machine.
