Do you think Hulk Hogans impending divorce is a financial ploy?

Army Vet brought up a very interesting theory that Hulk and Linda are divorcing to protect there millions from an impending lawsuit being brought on by the guy Nick had in his car the night he crashed.... what are your thoughts and how do you think something like this would play out in front of a jury? Also anyone with knowledge of this type of action please explain how this would protect them financially>

Hell yeah! I can't find one article I read but it actually had some good legal work in it and the bottomline is that good old Hogan and his Amazon wife are doing this to protect the cash and to screw over the poor kid that got hurt in the car wreck.

Explain? If the insurance and the vehicle were in Hulks name and the insurance for the kid has run out ,. Im not sure a jury would be sympathetic toward there millions
