I've been doing alot of conditioning training the past few weeks and the results are showing. Okay, I'm no professional athlete, but in comparison to the higher %BF I had before, I've trimmed up very well. The conditioning has certainly made my shoulders and traps much more defined. I think I'll go back to my room and have sex with myself!!! (Only joking!).

Does anyone else look at themselves in the mirror casually and suddenly think "Damn Brother, You're looking hot"!! The kind of feeling you get when you buy a new suit!

I think I look better with some scruff (Brett Farve scruff) but people get all anal about it not bein professional enough......

yep, same. 1-2 days of scruff works great for me. anything more i look like a terrorist. clean shaven i feel like i look like a little boy

LOL exactly......I have a bit of a baby face so clean shaven I feel silly, but anything more then a few days I start to itch like pick3 with crabs......

After undergrad in the navy, they shaved my head... Looked like a renegade buddhist monk... so not me.
Scruffy, I just look like shit. More foreign or something.
Not good with the rugged look.
Not good with the buddhist look eitha.
Gotta keep my shit fairly neat, and in shape to be not bad.
