Do You Need To Lift Weights When Trying To Lose Fat?

Lift intensely for 45 min with only small breaks between sets. Utilize supersets to keep the pace up and never let yourself cool down. It will be a cardiovascular workout in itself and you still get the benefits of lifting.

No kidding. I'm with serge on this one. If you've only got 45 minutes, circuit train. I hate it, but it will achieve that effect.

It depends on your priorities, but you could do both in 45 minutes, just work one bodypart per session and do your cardio.

JUST DON"T STOP LIFTING.
