I would definitely agree with that. As an example, many have incredible results with Keto (no carb) diets with a once a week refeed. However, too low on carbs affects my training too negatively, and as a result it doesnt work well for me. We are all different and what works well for one, may not for another

Keto is the best diet for me when it comes to leaning out my mid section. But my shoulders, arms and legs are defelated the whole the time even with 8 to 48 hour refeeds done weekly.

For that reason alone I go daily moderate carb with about 70-80% of them coming pre and post workout.
