Do you know this?Would it work?

From what I could read it looks like soy protein and some other ingredients to supposedly help balance insulin levels. (Probably too small of an amount to do anything however) I'd go with just a standard whey or milk and egg protein powder instead. Maybe add some cinnamon, ginger capsules and ALA if you're concerned about the insulin levels and fat storage. Soy protein is not utilized very well at all by the body.

Not to be ignorant but find something else. There are a great many proteins that have less bs to them for the same price. I mean this with all respect, but that looks like a cheap scam supp. Please feel free to ask anyone here what the best is.

Oh, I didn't buy this, only found it in the kitchen, my roommate's. So if you agreed here I would eat it, but seems like not worthy, so I'll just put it back where it was.

Thank you all!

Quick answer, I would use a simple milk isolate protein powder for general use and a whey isolate for use around your workouts. Here is a recipe for my MRP, it's not for the weak of heart!

2/3 cup milk isolate powder 52g P 1g C 1g F
1/3 Cup oat bran 8g P 23g C 3g F
2 tbsp ground flaxseed 3g p 4g C 4g F
This shake has 63g P 28G C and 8g F, the great thing is the fats are healthy and it has 11g of fiber for 17 net usable carbs. I use this when cutting but use 2/3 cup of oatbran when on a normal diet.
