do you guys think this is too much?

I added sprints to my routine about 2 weeks ago (it won't stop raining in SC long enough)...

I'm starting to get used to them now, and I'm no longer sore for days... and I'm wanting to add a second day of them....


so how does this look? is it too much?


Monday-sprints
wednesday- sprints
friday- leg day


It's hard for me to do sprints on the weekends... But I'm unsure of this..... help!!
 
Should be fine as long as you are recovering ok. Just monitor your progress, in both sprints and on Leg strength and see how it goes...

BTW, if you are sore for days, maybe you are doing too much? How long do you sprint for? There is only so much sprinting you can do before you loose the intensity and it becomes middle distance!! :)
