a push pull method
3 sets of close-grip
3 sets of barbell curls
3 sets of seated overhead dumbell press (french style)
3 sets of alternating seated dumbell curls
3 sets of pushdowns to failure on each set
3 sets of ez curls wide grip all to failure
and that is it, do the 3 sets and move on to the next one, this is what I did for arms when I need something new for a kick, plus my arms grow only from a lot of sets and reps....
