DO you count veggies in your daily caloric intake?

No i am still losing at what I am eating. People want me to eat more than 1600 cal a day that is minus the veggies, that would be 1800 so I am not going to eat 1800 plue the 200 that would bring me up to 2000, get it?

No you need to eat at about 95% of your BMR per day including everything :-)
hehe did you drop some of your cardio like we suggested

I guess I don't understand. You don't count them now, but eat them? Well, those calories are still there if you count them or not. If you are eating 2000 a day now counting veggies and losing weight, what's the big deal?

The weight slowed down a bit last month compared to other months. People have been telling me to increase my calories to at least 1800 and I am saying with the veggies I am eating I do eat at least 1800 a day.

What 'people' are telling you this? At least are they qualified individuals with an understanding of required nutrition for cutting/weight loss? From what I have read the people on here have been giving you sound advice.

Excess cardio and insufficient caloric intake can hinder your progress period. When your progress starts to slow down or come to a halt, which it probably will eventually, then things needs to be tweaked, be it your diet (maybe 'adding' another meal) or revamping your training routine.

The slowing of the weightloss is completely normal & realistic, and sometimes in cases when a significant amount of weight has been shed, this is VERY common. Esp. when you're only relying on scale weight to track your progress.

You have lost 150 lbs, right? Or am I thinking of someone else? How fast did the weight come off? How much weight have you lost per month?

I have lost 151 lbs yes, I lost 25 lbs in 2004 and 119 in 2005, so about 10 - 11 lbs a month. I have been exercising a lot not starving myself. It is average of 2.5 lbs a week.
