Do you buy flax oil on the Net?

Is this how most of you buy it, or do you go someplace local? I'm wondering about the refrigeration issue, or is that just after you break the seal?

Refrigerate the oil after you break the seal.

I bought mine at Wal-mart. Only 6 bucks a bottle, w/ 47 servings of teaspoon (so about 18 Tablespoon). It is in a BLACK bottle.

I would be afraid it gets rancid
