Do supplements actually work while on the gear?

For my last cycle I used cell-tech for my creatine supplement. I was wondering if mixing creatine with sugar (basically the same thing as all the other pre-mixed creatine supplements) would have the same effect and if glutamine and creatine are more effective or effective at all while on the gear. I know the protien supplementation works rather well. any comments?

Your right. It works maybe not better but your body still needs to recover with or without gear.

www.supplementdirect.com has 11lbs of DEXTROSE for $10.00 (better than sucrose) dextrose= glucose+glucose sucrose= glucose+fructose

mix 75-150g with 40g of whey protein and 5-10g of creatine depending on how much you wiegh.

creatine+protien+mrp's are about the only thing that's worthwhile (besides a good diet) gear or not.

I dont know about the question you asked but I do know that buying Cell-Teach (and ANY muscletech product) is a waste of your cash bro. You'd be better off buying a no name brand creatine monohydrate and mixing in your own shit rather than paying the fuckin 60+ it costs for 7 lbs of cell-tech, that's just my experiecnce with the crap... You could go out an buy plain creatine mono, a big jug of Cell tech's "KEY" ingredient ALA (alpha lipoic acid)... Guarantee if you buy from a good store the two of those combined ill be about half the cost of one tub of cell-tech... just trying to help you save some cash man... peace:D :fro:
