Do protien mixxes spoil?

I want to make a Protien mix for school so I dont have to waste tons on canned protien, but will it stay good if I use just water or will it spoil? I know it will probably get warm and be in my pack for about 5-7 hours

You can get water based protein mixes which you can prepare at home, like Prolab Isolate. They sell a shaker accesory aswell which is water tight. The protein is highest grade whey isolate and does not spoil under 12 hours approximately. This is also a good choice for people who are lactose intolerant and can't take normal milk.

Prolab Isolate is good? I heard it was hard to digest, and I already have alot of stomach problems (its kind of embarrassing when your gut mourns like you havnt eaten in a year right in the middle of class.) I'll check it out, if its not too expensive that is. Thanks.

You have got to be kidding me. Your school will suspend you for having a protein shake for lunch instead of their fat filled cafeteria junk food??!!

This kind of stuff boggles my mind. Its totally outrageous.

Just talk to your principal and get a note from him that its OK. Take the whole damn container of protein powder and show him what it is and that your going to be packing your lunch. Jesus, I cant believe you cant take protein powder to school.

just put the desired amount in a non-clear water bottle every day. Mix with water at lunch and enjoy.

I got ISS for taking a vitamin at school one day because I left it in my pocket and forgot to take it that morning. Yes its total bs, but theres nothing I can do. I went to the student president he went to the counsel and in the end its the same old shit "any supplement, vitamin, or mineral is ISS." Of course in my school people smuggle in Jack Daniels in oranges and put acid stamps in their sandwhichs, perhaps their just being "careful."

The only way I plan on getting by with pre mixxed protien is putting it in a black bottle and say its kool-aid or some shit

What about the pre-packaged individual bags of protein mix and mix it at lunch or whatever -- what if its called a "meal replacment" instead of "supplements"???

I am SO glad I'm WAAAAY done w/ school -- turning into a damn military state...
