The bigggest battle in getting legally prescribed HRT is finding an open minded doctor.

Why go through the hassle of trying to find "an open minded doctor" when you can just go to a specialist - an HRT clinic doctor?

1. Then you automatically know that the doctor is on the same page as you before you even contact them. No convincing... no being told no... no going to 3 different docs to find one that will work with you.

2. He and his staff are specialists in HRT...

HRT Clinic docs only do HRT.

If you had a heart condition, you would see a specialist - a cardiologist.

If you need HRT - IMO you should be seeing a specialist - an HRT Clinic doc.

i would suggest that an insurance policy that will pay for the script is most important..

And what are they charging?

The HRT Clinic I use does NOT charge a consultation fee of any kind. I understand that some clinics do, but my guy doesnt.

My costs were limited to bloodwork, a physical, and the cost of my prescription meds.

And if I'd already had bloodwork with the needed panels, and a physical in the last 9 months, I could've used those to start therapy, and had no cost except for my prescription meds.

The cost of the prescription meds is cheaper than any other HRT clinic Ive used too.

Not supposed to discuss pricing but I can say that some clinics charge less than many underground sources if that puts it into perspective.

Im not trying to say your average doc isnt worth trying but just like you can spend hours trying local regular docs you can spend hours checking with HRT clinics as well.

Service varies between them, some docs will string you along just as some hrt clinics will. Some will get to the point and get you treated ASAP for an affordable price.

I know not talking about prices of UG labs is not good but why not post prices of HRT clinics? It is totally LEGAL.
