I think I look a little bigger, but fatter (should be water though) as well. Its difficult for me to see changes in my physique. I'm 30 ibs heavier than my avatar pic now. Sorry for the low quality pics. Still learning to use the web cam, and I have a short mouse cord and cord on the cam, so I can't get a very large field of view. Was playing around and took these.

cant you just set the camera to take a picture after a few seconds? then you could move back for a bigger view.

No, but I tried to make a video, then pause it and it was really blurry and pretty unusable. Was just playing with the cam, took the pics and then tought, "why not stick them on here and see if what little can be soon looks much larger". I know I've put on size, stregth and 30 ibs of bw, so maybe it doesn't matter. I'll have someone take pics a little later on though, to post up just to chart my progress.

I never had much success with web cameras...

Can you get a friend or someone to take a pic with a digicam?

BBF, It looks like you have put some mass in your shoulders and traps. I can't really see anything else. From those pics i can't see any real fat gain. I am assuming you are 30lbs heavier in these pics compared to your atavar? Is that right? If that is the case, i really don't think you gained any fat, but of course my judgment is limited due to the quality of the pics. What kind of diet are you implementing? Just curious, might want to try it. I myself am getting sick of my own.

If uve got a mirror handy with a little adjustment u can set that up and take pic while your at your computer.

Hell_o, yes 30 ibs heavier than my avatar (200 ibs, was 231 yesterday). The avatar picture is only 6 maybe 7 weeks old. I'm utilizing a high calorie CKD (5000-5500 calories a day). I started off on prop/tren/eq/t3, then dropped the test two weeks ago, and added in a low dose of winstrol. My routine and diet are outlined on a couple different forums right now. I do high frequincy (each bodypart 3 times a week), high intensity, low volume (4 sets at the most for each muscle group). I'm doing 2-3 cardio sessions a week to keep my metabolism up, to reduce gains in body fat.

BBF,
Well it seems like we are on the same track, only i am doing a lower calorie version. Thus far i have lost 37lbs of fat and beer that i attribute to my first two years of law school. I am at 210 and i think i will stop the loss at 195. So i estimate about 10 more weeks or so on the lower calorie CKD. I then will increase the CKD calories to about were you are. Oh... i have read alot of supporting post, by you, on CKD to gain muscle, so i think, since i have already been on this diet 12 weeks, I will just stick to it for a year. Of course i will play with the caloric intake.
Good luck
