Just curious.. Im around 22% bf btw
 
Bodybuilders these days are strong, not just large.

So go do a test. Put three 45lb plates on each side of an olympic bar an snug those collars up tight. Then try to bench press it. But before you start, ask for a big lift-off then insist everyone stands back, because you don't want any help under any circumstances.

How you do with that weight will tell you everything you need to know.

Dude be fucking serious. Your waist is wider than your chest. May not ever be a body builder but I guarantee you that you can make great improvements and look better than 98.9% of the faggots in chat.

A lot of jerks on this site. Just lift and you will improve. Most of the guys that lift are not necessarily BB'ers they just want to improve their appearance. Go for it. What have you got to lose?

No kidding! This poor guy just wants a little validation. Think of it this way, say if jay cutler spent his whole life natty and working out every other weekend, would you be able to say he's got The genetics for bodybuilding? I highly doubt it. Now if you want to get to those extremes you are gonna have to let it consume your life and you are most definitely going to have juice. But can you make respectable gains being more moderate? Of course! Now if you were 4 feet tall and had muscular dystrophy then my answer would be different.
