hi there everyone
i have done my research but am still undecided, there seems to be a mixed opinion out there.

first stats.

age 27
weight 86kg
height 185cm

i am quite lean, find it very hard to put on weight and mussel. bricklaying is my day job so i am burning all the time. but even when im not working i dont stack it on.

have been into fitness since young weights and boxing.

1st course was when i was 20years old, deca 50 test la and prop. 8 weeks
didnt do another till i was 23 sus250 deca 200 and another similar one at 25. both 10 weeks

in between i still kept fit, i was looking at doing one, once a year but ended up over seas.

i have been back home now for 10 months training hard again im finding it hard to get passed the point i am at.

what do you think i am best of doing a deca 200 and tren 200 and test E

do i do just deca and test e, or tren and test e, or can i do all. (would you even recomend chucking some prop in there

i have read probably more people saying not to mix deca and tren. but it seems to be more people like tren over deca. i am worried with my lean build it will not work so good.

any advice would be very appreciated, i have all my IU amounts sussed. this will be over a 12 week course. the last 2 weeks i will be in thailand and will be there for a month so i can sort my pct there.

cheers people

No not all I would go with just a higher dose test bro only, or test deca leave the tren till your more smart

your only solution here is eating more. juicing will not help you. you are right your job causes you to burn away muscle so you will have a hard time in this sport whether you juice or not. you have to find a way to eat more, thats your only hope.

^^ i've said this a million times on here, get rid of the shakes. eat real food. i see this with guys in their 20's a lot, they love taking the lazy way out when it comes to nutrition as its easier to drink a shake then invest money and time in cooking whole chicken or grass fed beef.

i bet if you got rid of the shakes and replaced it with 2 more cal, carb, protein heavy meals like chicken/brown rice/sweet potato you would easily put on 10 pounds

I'm in my 20s too but I never ever go for shakes only. Be honest I only drink PWO shake that's it. No supplement no shakes nothing. I have never have and I never would. I rather spend my money on real food which actually taste Better lol. Or save my money for a good cycles.

People don't realize how much they spend on supplements and they get pretty much nothing out of them. If you spend the same money on food. You would be eating like a king ED

Current stats 220lb, 13%bf ,5:9, 22y

I'm not sure what your goals are but you said that you were having a hard time putting on weight so I assume that your trying to put it on. When trying to put on weight I would be more concerned with daily caloric and protein intake and keep emphasis on that versus the amount of meals taken in a day.

another thing the OP needs to know is LEGS, LEGS, LEGS.. you need a strong trunk if you are gonna grow the body.
