She made a commitment to lose body fat % points and she likes food though. She is thinking about the Adkins but since she is an epileptic her medicine it makes s her tired is not a good choice.

She is at 24% now and would like to get to 17%. She is 5.5 ft tall and she weight 128. Can ya'll give suggest a good diet to achiever that goal?

What's her diet like currently? Does she exercise at all?

She walks for 2 hours a day now she is going to start weights again with me tonight and her diet she said was if it look good she ate it. But she is making a commitment to change so that is why she would like to see some sample diets that work but are livable.

Gotta pummel you with some more questions. sorry.

What exactly does her diet look like? And how long has she been walking? Up to this point was her bf% stable or has it been creeping up? And do you know if it has started to go down with her walking?

She ate what she wanted. She has been walking for about 3 or 4 weeks now. Not sure about the bodyfat. About a year ago she got down to 16%. Not sure if it has gone down or not. We are getting another reading at the gym tonight.

To lose the weight, I think putting more effort into her food choices will be the best bet. Think clean, simple foods.

And maybe I misunderstand - but she is walking for 2 HOURS A DAY? Ummm...why?

The dogs go with and she likes it.

Curling, she might want to look into low carb anyway. I know that it's been used with great success with children who have epilepsy. She can always carb up a bit on workout days.

The first couple weeks of LC is the worst for tiredness. After that the body adjusts.

I try and keep mine around 50/25/25 or 40/30/30 depending on the day. This has been helping me with lowering BF and maintaining LBM.
