I think that almost everyone that does DNP loses quite a bit of muscle mass. That is something you have to be willing to sacrifice to rip up. I like being ripped, but I prefer to jsut diet hard, cuz there is nothing I hate more than losing muscle.
I've done dnp and you do NOT lose muscle mass - in fact, you will likely even gain strength when you come off of it due to the glycogen surge and the rest (when you are on dnp it is hard to workout with much intensity)
