Dnp ????

Wassup people,
I've been using dnp for about 3 weeks now (200 mg. per day) and I think it's not working anymore. I am rarely sweating and I don't feel like I'm losing anymore weight. What do you guys suggest? I would like to supplement with some T3 but I have not received it yet (it's on the way), I do have some Clen., should I use that with the dnp? Also, I think that I've been eating too many carbs while on dnp. I read some earlier post that stated I should keep my carbs on the high side while on dnp. Is this the ideal way to use dnp though? Any suggestions will help a lot.

DNP stops working so well on long cycles due to inactive thyroid. Add 25mgs T3 a day which will bring the thyroid back to normal levels. Not sure about the science behind it but this is what I have read on the AS board.

Also you may just be holding a lot of water from the DNP which will make it look like you're not loosing any fat.
 
I'm thinking about going up to 400 mg but not sure. When I first tried dnp I was doing 400 mg a day but I was sweating way too much. It was very, very uncomfortable. What about the Clen? Should I take it with dnp?
 
You should be eating some fruit everyday if you do not have T3. Give that a try. It will help greatly to support your thyroid. Also for your last week, instead of taking 400 mg in a 24 hour period, try taking 200 mg every 18 hours or so. Finish your workouts before taking a second dose. Make sure your carbs are clean, and down the water like crazy. after your cycle give it a few weeks to get you glycogen and water levels back to normal as you should be carrying quite a bit of water right now.

FROM WHAT IV READ , DNP WORKS THROUGH OR BY USING YOUR ATP WITHIN YOUR CELLS ,IF IV GOT IT CORRECTLY YOU BACICLLY GET TO POINT WHERE YOUR ATP IS SO DEPLEATED THAT YOUR FAT LOSS BEGINNS TO SLOW ,TAKES ABOUT 5 TO 7 DAYS TO BRING BACK YOUR ATP SUPPLY AFTER YOU USE IT. THERE WAS EVEN TALK OF ATP SUPERCOMPENSATION AFTER A LONG CYCLE ???
THATS WHY YOUR SO TIRED ON A LONG CYCLE OF DNP ,GOING TO TRY A MINI 3 DAY CYCLE AND SEE IF SOME OF THE SIDES CAN BE OVOIDED ..
