I am new to DNP but have done a lot of research. I know what supplements to take with it and how to eat. My question is this: I am a college student and want low side effects...very low if its possible. What is a good amount of time for a 220 lb 6'1" and what dosage?
I know to run 200mg for the first 5 days to see how I react but I am not sure where I need to go from there. I Just dont want to be in a class and have to change my shirt 3 times because of sweat. Also will the sweating last the duration of the cycle?
This is probably a dumb question but I would feel better if I had someone with expirence pointing me in the right direction.
