I am new to DNP but have done a lot of research. I know what supplements to take with it and how to eat. My question is this: I am a college student and want low side effects...very low if its possible. What is a good amount of time for a 220 lb 6'1" and what dosage?

I know to run 200mg for the first 5 days to see how I react but I am not sure where I need to go from there. I Just dont want to be in a class and have to change my shirt 3 times because of sweat. Also will the sweating last the duration of the cycle?
This is probably a dumb question but I would feel better if I had someone with expirence pointing me in the right direction.

dont take DNP if you have to worry about sweating, cause that's what happens when you are taking it. you sweat... a shitload.....

As for doseage, 2-6mg/kg-bw per day for crystalline DNP and 4-10mg/kg-bw for powdered DNP... to get your bodyweight in kg divide your bodyweight in pounds by 2.2.

i just wanna give props to this guy for having done his research on dnp before even asking about it. Good job bro.
 
Also props for self-education. The only thing I could say about things I've heard about DNP -- no matter how much you plan to keep it "low dose" or prepare for minimal misery, it sounds like its always worse than you expected. You will have to feel it out and see how it hits you or be very patient and run the lose dose cycle. But if you can, try to have some safety points during your cycle -- i.e. don't schedule lots of important stuff that you can't get out of or expect to do heavy workouts & cardio because you probably will be sweating and will feel like shit at some point. You may get sick, throw up, have an upset stomach or a big fat headache because of it - its a very individual response so be prepared to give yourself some time off or to stay home & sleep a couple extra hours because its harsh stuff on your system! And keep loading those anti-oxidants to keep the shit moving out of your system. And , of course, keep asking questions when you aren't sure about any part of it. :)
