dnp vs. cardio

would a mild cycle of DNP (200 mg/day, maybe 400 after 4 days) for about 10 days be better than doing cardio for 10 days? I'm currently at 1-1.5 hrs/day, and was wondering if I did DNP, would I get better results? Would the mild cycle let me feel less miserable? Would I still be able to to cardio?

i think you should post some stats, how long have you been training... etc... maybe you might be able to get some answers to this...

DNP is amazing. Definately start slow if you use it. I had no problem with cardio at 400mg/day powdered.

I am no expert by any stretch of the imagination, but I would say there is a sticking point with cardio. My training partner went from 370 to 280 and he runs 2 miles a day and bikes for another 5 at a good pace, and he is kind of stuck at 280 for the moment. I think the results would just vary as everyone is a bit different. Are you at a sticking point right now? Do you use ECA or any other thermogenic? How's the diet? I'm sure people will need to know those answers before they can give you the answers you need. Good luck.

I've been on ECA fairly consistently for the last several months, with a few one or two week breaks thrown in, so I'm sure I'm pretty burned out on ECA.

My diet has fallen apart, and not surprisingly, I've gained 10 lbs, and want to lose them quickly. The thing is, my old caloric intake was basically maintenance for my lower weight, i.e, I maintained that weight for about 18 mos. If I simply go back to what I was doing, I don't know how fast I would lose the weight.

The thing is, I'm a runner, so I need to keep up with training, therefore a hardcore DNP cycle is out of the question.

What about Clen?

Most people say that clen and ECA are about the same in effectiveness. Clen will definately give you the shakes much more than ECA will. You also don't have to go "hard core" with DNP. Try one cap a day for a month.

Of course, if you can't control your diet then it is all pointless.

IMO DNP will blow 10 days of cardio away. it really is an amazing substance and its not as bad as some people make it out to be. i used it during the heat wave in NYC this summer, it would be a piece of cake with the temp dropping now. however use your dnp wisely as i am having great difficulty locating it now since recent events

DNP vs Cardio

The benefits go beyond just fat-burning when doing cardio. Your body will build new capillaries which are fine small blood vessels that transport oxygen and nutrients to the muscle fibers, and your heart and lungs will work more efficiently. Those benefits are important to optimize muscle growth. Your body will not build up more muscles if your cardiovascular system is unable to supply those muscles with oxygen and nutrients. So I feel that cardio is a necessary part of my routine that no supplement can give me.
