I have decided to get rid of the gut b/c i wanna look good for the summer... I am at 12% bf or so... My problem is that i hate losing strength... And it only comes off my bench, no other exercise... What can i do to keep my strength up?

I have the answer for you, are you listening? Suck it up. There is your answer. After you lose the gut, do some tren and you will be stronger than you were with the gut. Plus, how much added strength do you suppose your gut gives you? 20 extra pounds?
Yeah, dnp, lose strength, sweat, lose desire for much of anything until dnp out of system, do tren, gain strength, rage, say things to self like 'smashy-smashy, Mongo like smashy-smashy'.
