DNP and Carbs from Soda???

I have never tried getting carbs from soda because of all the crap associated with soda...but what about when taking DNP? You have a lot of sugar and a lot of carbs in a small package with a lot of caffine. IE MT Dew. I had one yesterday morning because my ephadrine isn't here yet and I need more caffine. The heat picked up quickly from the carbs. Anyone know why this would be a bad source of carbs while on DNP?

this is all just chatting, if youre on dnp dont listen to me...damn dangerous drug...:

sucrose isnt the best carb source when on dnp. ideally you want a low gi carb like fructose, so that you do not get really low blood glucose and faint. if you have a high gi food, you will get an insulin spike, then low levels of blood glucose, and then because youre burning so much fuel, you can get low blood glucose, and maybe faint/get dizzy/vomit

people on dnp have to be careful they dont have too many carbs though. carbs = heat and heat can = side effects like dehydration

caffiene is also a bad idea, due to dehydration. why would someone on dnp want to be on caffiene? unless youre thinking eca....

The caffine is for the ECA because I am waitng for my ECA to get here. DNP brings my energy way down. GD thanks for the post man, always informative. So stick to the fruits. What Fruit is really high in fructose??? Pine-apple the best?

Yeah, definitely stick to fruit, vegetables, and clean complex carbs (in moderation). I wouldn't drink a regular soda for any reason, there's no benefit. If it's just for the caffeine go with a diet dew, same amount of caffeine just without all that sugar. If you're using DNP for weight loss anyways than you really need to watch what carbs you are consuming for it to work the most effectively. Personally, diet is the key. I always tell people they can take all of the ECA, Clen, T3, HGH, and DNP that they want but until they change their eating habits it ain't gonna mean shit!

halfaclue: fructose should be the predominant carb in most fruits (lol i havnt thought about this in ages.....check out an online GI counter, that should be a good indication) or you could just buy it from a bakery wholesaler (i did...i use it in coffee. you could make...i dunno...your own lemonade or something)

kbrkbr: on dnp...i have a few problems with it. i think doses are run too high for short periods, and the dosing of the caps is suspect in my mind, meaning that there is risk of overdose. with such a low therapeutic index drug, the last thing you want are poorly dosed capsules.

i also get annoyed when people take 'only' 200mg to 'try it out' and see if there will be a bad effect....bloody hell if youre truly concerned take 50mg, since 200mg is a potential lethal dose in some people.

in a clinical setting, with a doctor, with well dosed caps, with blood work, blood sugar checks, and the anti-dnp monoclonal antibody antidote on hand, then sure, its useful, but some of the stuff i have seen online is just plain stupid. i dont think we have acually seen the true number of deaths/dramas from the use of this drug

cheers

GD, are you letting this post get to your head bro? :) LOL!

GD, for those who do decide to use DNP, what supplements would you recommend them taking for precautions?

oooo thats a little close to the bone. i dont think people should be using it at all, or if they do, they should do so under a doctors supervision.

hmmmmmm look i cant really comment, otherwise people would see me as condoning its use, which i cant, since i KNOW that there are monkeys out there dosing the caps. if people were able to buy a legit product from a legit pharm company, even if it was in uganda, then i would think about it.

although, i have read some of the 'guides' out there, and most of the supplements they suggest are total bullshit. the only ones i agree with are fructose as a carb choice, high hydration, electrolyte maintinence (although i would use a pharmacy electrolyte replacement, not V8 juice), and high doses of anti oxidants.

cheers

LOL........GD, your a good bro. I understand where you are coming from regarding the use of DNP as it can be dangerous to those who don't do their homework.
