Hey guys here goes bulking season has came early.
Zed and Mmb kindly sorted new programme for mass gains. I will post up before measurements. And my cals have increased to 2200 and eventually will reach around 2500 as my lifts increase. I start mon will post up workout ....
Well I weighed in at 152lbs today, the new prog seemed to work well can't wait to add weight each week, only issue I had was behind shrugs need some practice with them so going to de load for next time and work at form.
LOL yeah those are very diff from the normal front or side shrugs. The ROM is small but the results are exponentially awsome. You will love then in no time boobsy.
