Disappointed w/mass quantities

I attempted to place an order for the first time. I created an account which wasn't to bad. So to make a long story short, I placed an order for Triple Threat 3/60. I two dayed the order expecting to get it today, which I didn't have to because I live in Brooklyn. Well guess what? I called to track my order because I didn't recieve it today. This was the response.
"I am sorry but that protein is out of stock or backordered it won't be in until the end of the week." Thanks mass quantities for letting me know earlier.

That kind of shit really irritates me. A little customer service goes a long way, but most companies don't realize that.

I recently placed an order with Discount Sports Nutrition (www.sportsupplements.com) several weeks ago, only to find out they went out of business, yet the fucks were still taking orders (luckily I was never charged).

So I went back to The Power Store, who I used to order from for years. I ordered 20lbs of Optimum Whey, and shipping was $4.95, and it showed up in two days. I dunno why I ever stopped ordering from them in the first place, but not again.

same thing happened to me. I ordered the trip threat chocolate. and it was on back order it took them a week or so to get it in stock....then they over nighted it for free. which was cool but it still took over a week.

thats also why I like to hit the local supp store.there is one here called pumpin iron pro shop they are priced prett well and if you compare to shipping and waiting it's well worth getting it locally

Yeah JOHNG I ordered some triple threat on 12/27/01 it was suppose to be 2nd day delievery it's 1/3/02 and I still haven't got the shit yet . I called customer sevice today and left a message i hope they get back to me soon, those bastards!

i ordered 2 jugs of tt and flax from them a month ago and it still hasn't come in. i don't get it. they use to be so good!

Well I have to say that even though they failed to inform me that the product was backordered, Andrew Bunner, President of Mass Quantities has done the right thing. I received an e-mail today saying that my Protein order shipped out today UPS GROUND. I am glad that they changed it over to ups ground since I live in Brooklyn, even though I choose two day.

Thanks Mass Quantities. You will receive more of my Business.

Gee, i wonder if this means MY TT is on the way, ordered it a week ago, and I too didn't know it was on backorder till I saw it on the packing slip with my volumes.

They told you late that it was backordered (only after you complained) and they switched the shipping from two-day to UPS ground, and you think that's good news?
