Hi I'm new to elite, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good mass building diet for someone who already weighs 270 lbs. This is my sticking point, I would like to get to 3 bills and diet down again but have not found a diet to get me were I need to be, all the diets I have found are for people that weigh 170 lbs. Any help would be great.
