Hi I'm new to elite, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good mass building diet for someone who already weighs 270 lbs. This is my sticking point, I would like to get to 3 bills and diet down again but have not found a diet to get me were I need to be, all the diets I have found are for people that weigh 170 lbs. Any help would be great.

weight x 18 = daily caloric intake

ratios: 50%protein/30%carbs/20%fat

stick to a lean-bulker with foods like:

protein: lean steak, chicken breasts, lean ground beef, turkey breasts, eggs, protein shakes, fish

carbs: oatmeal, beans, brown rice, yams, sweet potatoes, greens

fats: all natural peanut butter, flax, mct oil, udos choice, olive oil, pumpkin seeds
