The possibilities are mind-boggling and endless!! I have been doing an atkins type diet for approximately 6 months. I have gone from a high weight of 255 to 215 lbs and from 33% to 29% bf. I've gone from wearing a tight 38 waist to a comfortable 36/ tight 34. However I'm always tired. I just don't have enough energy. I thought that this is probably from the low carb intake. However when I boost carb intake the lethargy gets worse. And I get headaches. I have come to the conclusion that regular potatoes are pure EVIL!! They give me headaches every time I eat them.

Now I am considering giving Mr. X's ANPB diet a shot. I love peanut butter so this shouldn't be too hard. But I went to the protein factory website. Low and behold...once again the possibilities are endless. I don't know where to start. I've been using Next Proteins Designer Glycerlean (purchased at GNC). But at about $40 for 2 pounds OBVIOUSLY I'm getting ripped off. So what do I order from protein factory. There are so many choices.

I think that I should add some flax oil, yes? Also after the first of the month I'm going to get some glucorell-r and thermorexin from the AF Store.

I'm at a loss now as I have little energy and have been stuck at my current weight and bf level for well over a month. Any help would be appreciated.

First, there seems to be a problem w/ your Atkins diet, in 6mo. you should have lost double the bodyfat you've listed. I'm assuming you're an athlete (workout etc.) so it seems that the diet itself was flawed. The tired feeling is naturally from the inefficiencies caused by not having regular refeeds/carb-ups (read my CKD manual: in my signature www.MMSFitness.com).

I suggest looking into the ANPB as an alternative for now w/ a refeed every 10-14 days. You can run the ANPB for 8 weeks; thereafter, you can switched to a modified version of CKD.

The possibilities in diets are endless, but for your proteinfactory question I suggest you get a proteing mix: 60%egg white protein/30%whey/10 caseinate (calcium); the ANPB diet does not require flaxseed, but since questions have come about you can have 90% ANPB and 10%flaxseed on the ANPB diet.

The diet itself wasn't flawed. The fault was mine. I did not do any workouts until about a month ago. I lost what I did with NO workouts. My energy level has been very limiting. I'm hoping the ANPB diet will change that.

Regarding the proteinfactory...thanks. I will be placing my first order from there (I'll order what you suggested to start with) and at the AF Store (again...what you suggested in another post) on Monday when I get paid. And I will begin to ramp up my workouts. I've been doing twice a week. I will up it to 3-4 times a week for an hour each. Also I will go and read the CKD manual today.

As always Mr.X THANK YOU!!
