Ok guys, I want to make sure my diet is perfect for my next cycle. I'm trying to gain alot of muscle while keeping fat gain as low as possible. I know I'll gain some fat, but I just want to keep it under control.

I have no idea about bf% but i can kinda see my top four abs.
