hey guys I got my bf taken today and it was 19% but the trainer said my water retention was high because of the creatine cycle I been on. So, with that being said, how long do you think I should follow this bulking diet and new routine(the routine rocks so far).
bottom line is, i dont want to look like a slob for the summer time, but at the same time, i want to bulk. so, how can I balance this to ensure I dont overgain? How much cardio would be overkill on this diet / routine?
