Okay I am a skinny/fat bastard. The worst kind lol...anyways have finally been training straight for a month now. I am around 5'8" 180 lbs. Waist was around 38" and is now down to 36.5" after a month of training and eating descent. I am currently on hot rox. I need advice on my cycle and diet. Here is how it goes. Currently I am:
A. Cardio or light weight doing high reps in morning for fat loss.
B. Weight training in late afternoon around 6PM
C. Doing high protein all day long. With fats and vegetables in morning and then right before workout use low glycemic carbs (oatmeal or apple)with some protein. Then after workout I eat my carbs and protein. I am doing this because I can stick to my diet easily. I get horrible cravings at night for sweets and I have found by weight training in the evenings and allowing myself 40 grams of protein and 80 grams of carbs I do not get cravings after this. I may have some glutamine or protein before I go to bed but thats it.
Supplement/AS Cycle I plan on doing:
Weeks:
1-2 Continue using Hot-Rox, Glutamine, and Large Dosage of VitC
3-4 Yohimbe Fuel (I have some left over going to use it up. Along with Equipose (200mg a week) and Winnie Tabs (50mg a day). I have only done two cycles in my life.
5-6 Stop THE AS and switch over to Xenadrine
7-8 Switch back to the AS and add some yohimburn this time since I hope to be in the lower teens and use the yomhiburn to help get ride of stubborn bodyfat stores.
I would like some input on this cycle please. Thanks for any help.
