I plan opn started a new diet tomorrow. I really need to shed the last bits of fat aroiund the ol' waist. I was just curious how many calories I should consume a day and how much carbs. I plan on High protein, low fat moderate carb. I am 5'11" 185. I also plan on cardio 4-5x a week. I will eat around 300 grams of protein a day, just not sure about the amout of cals or carbs though. Any input would be great. Thanks
