C ColumboWeiser New member Jul 15, 2001 #3 Grilled chicken will have Zero carbs in it, unless you put sauces on it. Fried Chicken is going to have the carbs from the breading and all the fat from the greese. I would not worry about the 20-30grams of carbs and worry about the fat...
