Please spare me any flames. I'm not lazy and I have searched the boards and the web.
Does ANYONE know where I can find predifined diet plans. Balanced diet plans. I'm interested in Losing weight (Body fat) while I continue to gain lean body weight. I work out 4 days a week, One (or Two) muscle groups per day.
I'm looking for a five meal a day plan with no more than two protien shakes a day. Need about 200 grams of protien.
If you think I'm being lazy in asking for directions in where to find this info. Think about this. I'm a single (divorced) dad with Four (Count'em 1 ,2, 3, 4) children. Between work, Kids Homework and everything else I'm so short of time I have to plan two weeks in advance to poop.
Any and all help and or guidence will be greatly appreciated.
