Weight=215... I was 295 about 4 years ago
Been lifting on and off for 3-4 years and doing MMA for about 2 years.
Workout program= I lift heavy with high reps and switch it up with light weight with even more reps. Take off twice a week, and when i workout i lift 1 -2 hours.
cycles- I went on some Test last year, got strength gains lost a couple of pounds after it ran out i didnt do a other cycle till the middle of last year.
My most recent cycle was Susaton, I was doing 1cc twice a week. I got strength gains and im starting to cut up in my Arms and shoulders. My wieght went up from 208 to 215 .
Listing my average food i intake and please bash on telling to add or take away
Morning= could be 4eggs and protein drink or Bowl of Oatmeal with protein drink, Sometimes some fruit either appel or grape fruit
Lunch= Moes- Burrito which consist of rice, blackbeans, chicken or steak, salsa which is pretty much just tomatoes. Subway wheat bread turkey
If i eat carbs in the morning, Ill try not to eat them at lunch. Sometimes ill eat some bake chicken wings or bake chicken no sauces
Snack= Protein drink or roasted cashews or Almonds no salted crap
Dinner=Changes a lot so ill list the most common== Salmon with brown rice, Chicken with mash potatoes, lean meat made into burger 1 wheat bun, No mayo i add mustard with tomatoe and lettuce 1 slice of cheese. Spaghetti= wheat pasta with lean meat with any of that bottle sauce, I dont add any cheese or bread with that .
Sometimes i have no carbs at dinner could be a salad or bake chicken, I always have a protien drink at before i go to bed. I also destroy grape fruit at night, not sure if thats a bad thing.
Im trying to lean out without losing much mucsle, my brother is going on a Deca only cycle which i know some say thats a bad thing but other say its not on this site from the research. If i keep my workouts going as stated above do yall think Deca will help on leaning out or will i just keep gaining muscle and the weight which wouldnt be a bad thing either seeing that musle gains means less fat. When i was at 208 i look the same now at 215 except a little more at my arms and shoulders. Im thinking getting some winstrol but i think my BF is to high so just wondering if i should stay on the susaton or deca. Or do you guys recommend a other fat burner then winstrol.
