Diet Plan and Cycles

Height= 5'12
Age=22
Weight=215... I was 295 about 4 years ago

Been lifting on and off for 3-4 years and doing MMA for about 2 years.
Workout program= I lift heavy with high reps and switch it up with light weight with even more reps. Take off twice a week, and when i workout i lift 1 -2 hours.

cycles- I went on some Test last year, got strength gains lost a couple of pounds after it ran out i didnt do a other cycle till the middle of last year.

My most recent cycle was Susaton, I was doing 1cc twice a week. I got strength gains and im starting to cut up in my Arms and shoulders. My wieght went up from 208 to 215 .

Listing my average food i intake and please bash on telling to add or take away

Morning= could be 4eggs and protein drink or Bowl of Oatmeal with protein drink, Sometimes some fruit either appel or grape fruit

Lunch= Moes- Burrito which consist of rice, blackbeans, chicken or steak, salsa which is pretty much just tomatoes. Subway wheat bread turkey
If i eat carbs in the morning, Ill try not to eat them at lunch. Sometimes ill eat some bake chicken wings or bake chicken no sauces

Snack= Protein drink or roasted cashews or Almonds no salted crap

Dinner=Changes a lot so ill list the most common== Salmon with brown rice, Chicken with mash potatoes, lean meat made into burger 1 wheat bun, No mayo i add mustard with tomatoe and lettuce 1 slice of cheese. Spaghetti= wheat pasta with lean meat with any of that bottle sauce, I dont add any cheese or bread with that .

Sometimes i have no carbs at dinner could be a salad or bake chicken, I always have a protien drink at before i go to bed. I also destroy grape fruit at night, not sure if thats a bad thing.

Im trying to lean out without losing much mucsle, my brother is going on a Deca only cycle which i know some say thats a bad thing but other say its not on this site from the research. If i keep my workouts going as stated above do yall think Deca will help on leaning out or will i just keep gaining muscle and the weight which wouldnt be a bad thing either seeing that musle gains means less fat. When i was at 208 i look the same now at 215 except a little more at my arms and shoulders. Im thinking getting some winstrol but i think my BF is to high so just wondering if i should stay on the susaton or deca. Or do you guys recommend a other fat burner then winstrol.

I like diet with more carb in the AM and less thoughout the day until almost nothing during dinner. whats your training like? cardio when? we can help you lean out first for sure. its all in the diet and training.

Sweed what sort of carbs are you eating in the morning? What foods? Can you give us an example on your meals through the day
 
I do either oatmeal or whole/multi grain bread( or spouted grains) in the morning. maybe maybe some fruit in the oatmeal.
lunch more of the above, PWO simple carbs, dinner only greens. This is for me being natural. I have been off my first cycle for over 3.5 years. For being on cycle you can get away with some more simple carbs like rice. I like eggs in the am and chicken for lunch and chicken or beef for dinner. Fish like tuna sandwiches or backed haddock for dinnner mixes it up and tastes awesome! Im not a salmon guy.
dinner greens I like arugula spinach with my own balsamic vinegartte( olive oil, balsamic vinegar, couple drops of lemon juice, and some feta) and meat. easy and tastes awesome.
a shake( carbs first) after workout and one before bed in my case.

I am not so experienced so there are more guys in here to help. Damn I just realized I've been lifting for almost 13 years and still an a skinny NOOB!!
 
I eat a piece of warm sweet potato with my 3 eggs in the morning. Tastes delicious together! Also, instead of eating the oatmeal throw that shit in your protein shake. Try this perfect breakfeast shake : 2 Scoops pure whey protein, 1/2 cup raw quaker oats, 1 banana, 1 heaping spoonful of peanut butter blended real well in 10 ozs of cold water and a splash of apple juice. Damn this shit tastes awesome using vanilla or chocolate whey! You cant even tell that there are oats in the shake if you blend it real good. Then right after drinking this cook up an egg white omelette using 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites. throw that shit on a plate with a piece of warm sweet potato and a half cup of cottage cheese. Damn it feels good to be a gangster!

I do exactly what Sweed does. I get all my carbs in during my morning and early afternoon meals. I eat zero carbs after 2pm (unless Im bulking)

chopped Chicken breast on a big spread of leafy lettuce every night for dinner and maybe an apple as a treat for dessert. Sometimes a sprinkle of grated cheese, a chopped up boiled egg or a little chopped avocado on my salad when Im really hungry.

every one differs obviously, i eat carbs up until 9pm (go to sleep at 12am) and i never gain fat . lucky i guess

4eggs and protein shake? Whats the point of that? Eat your meal requirement of protein in the eggs just up them. I would not do 4 whole but rather 8 total (6 whites and 2 yolks). Whats wrong with having the fruit eggs and oatmeal? This is what I do in the am I just adjust my oatmeal 1/2 cup or 1 cup depending on what I need and adjust yolks for cals/fats/

Again why not your shake and 1 or 2 oz of nuts?
