diet on aas, how do i plan this?

ok my first cycle, after many discontinued cycles consisting of bunk gear etc etc..

guess ill have to tell u some stats, 80 kg, 12 %bf, been lifting for almost 5 years, 24 years old.

will do 450-500 mg test p for 10 weeks, 75 mg ed.
got pct and all that covered, ais etc.

no, to the diet.

im planing to take my bf once a week at the local pharmacy, only costs a couple of dollars, and write everything down about how my training goes and all that, and diet.

adjusting to my new calorieintake every week or just about as often i will do it during the cycle, how would u recomend my planing?

i was first thinking 15% over my daily maintnance, wich will change every week.

what do u think?

macros, something like 40%protein,30%fat and 30% carbs.

suggestions bros?
 
something like 225-250 protein, 250 carbs, 60-80grams fat.
test prop for 10 weeks ed??? that's gonna be a pain! lol
can you get test e and go 10-12 weeks?
 
1&1/2 Gram of protein for every lb of bodyweight and eat several (5-6) smaller meals thruout the day is a good place to start.

yeah i know, i choose prop for the fast acting ester, the fast clearence from the system, starting the pct earlier and such.

i could offcourse do this easier but i was planning to write a log and have ALL detail regarding diet and such things, so it could get easier in the future.
