guess ill have to tell u some stats, 80 kg, 12 %bf, been lifting for almost 5 years, 24 years old.
will do 450-500 mg test p for 10 weeks, 75 mg ed.
got pct and all that covered, ais etc.
no, to the diet.
im planing to take my bf once a week at the local pharmacy, only costs a couple of dollars, and write everything down about how my training goes and all that, and diet.
adjusting to my new calorieintake every week or just about as often i will do it during the cycle, how would u recomend my planing?
i was first thinking 15% over my daily maintnance, wich will change every week.
what do u think?
macros, something like 40%protein,30%fat and 30% carbs.
