here is my workout plan feel free to tweak it, the specific timeframe is because i have a fight in 2 months and i want to weight in at 178 and am willing to doing anything to get there.
mon. chest/back
tues. tri/bi/shoulder
wed. legs
thurs. chest/back
fri. tri/bi/shoulder
sat. legs
sun. off
*abs every other day, forearms every other day
I usually do low intensity cardio like for 90 min. treadmill at 135 bpm every other day (tues thurs sat) and do higher cardio at 175-185 bpm mon. wed. fri. .But f.y.i. i just started doing this whole workout like 2 weeks ago^. I could incorporate swimming but i don't know what is best.
Feel free to tear this apart and for dieting i try to eat clean but like i said just for the past two weeks and i do sometimes cave in to ice cream or cookies. But overall now i get probably like 1,800 - 2,000 calories and i feel like i'm starving myself. I get like 100g - 120g carbs ( i like fruit) and about 40-60g fat per day. What do you guys think, am i on the right track?
