17 years old, 5'10'' 179 pounds, want to become more lean around my mid section(hips included)and become a little more vascular.
I don't eat fish, the only vegetable I eat is potatoes, the fruits I eat are seedless grapes, green apples, and red apples.
If someone could tell me how much protein/carbs/fat to eat per day to lean out a little I would be very greatful. If anyone has tips to lose some shit on hips then let me know.
