diet help for fat guy

ok im a fat guy and i was wondering if the best approach to dieting would be to go lo carb, i need to lose about 75 pounds. Thanks for the help iron bros.
 
well i weigh about 275 and i have been working out doing cardio about 3-4 times a week, i know im gonna have to do that more. as far as the diet goes i have been just trying to eat low carb, but im not sure if that is the best weigh to go about it

Try a 40p/30c/30f (balanced diet)
weight x 12
calories per day 3300
take a 10% deficit = 3000

300g protein per day
220 g carbs per day
100 g fat per day

assuming 6 meals per day: - per meal-
50g protein/36g carbs/17g fat

foods:
protein: lean meat, chicken, turkey, eggs, fish, protein shakes
carbs: oatmeal, beans, yams, sweet poatoes, green veggies
fats: mct oil, flaxseed oil, olive oil, pumpkin seed oil, walnut oil - almonds, walnuts, peanuts....and all natural peanut butter

i was in your boat mid august this year
i have trying every diet i could and every aid i could
i shunned the keto diets thinking as most that it was impossible
i finally gave in
saw what catherine zeta-jones looked like 3 weeks after givinb birth
so i tried it
lost 21 pounds first two weeks
mind you i weighed 276 at 5'5
i now weigh in november 240 i lost 48 pounds of fat AND water
but gained 12 pounds of muscle
i work out 4-6 times a week

this may not be for you
but if all else fails try it
i would suggest atkins to start

if you go on this remember you will stall at some point do not become disheartened go on!
and if you ever come off maitenence you will gain 10-15 pounds back within 2 weeks

presently i am on ckd and i have carb up days
but when i stall i go straight back to atkins for a few weeks

i can see my toes again plus another important part
would love to see a smooth "flat" tummy
that is my goal
