i was in your boat mid august this year
i have trying every diet i could and every aid i could
i shunned the keto diets thinking as most that it was impossible
i finally gave in
saw what catherine zeta-jones looked like 3 weeks after givinb birth
so i tried it
lost 21 pounds first two weeks
mind you i weighed 276 at 5'5
i now weigh in november 240 i lost 48 pounds of fat AND water
but gained 12 pounds of muscle
i work out 4-6 times a week
this may not be for you
but if all else fails try it
i would suggest atkins to start
if you go on this remember you will stall at some point do not become disheartened go on!
and if you ever come off maitenence you will gain 10-15 pounds back within 2 weeks
presently i am on ckd and i have carb up days
but when i stall i go straight back to atkins for a few weeks
i can see my toes again plus another important part
would love to see a smooth "flat" tummy
that is my goal
