Guys, im going to leave drugs to anabolic discussion board but let me just say i crashed after i finished my first cycle. I didnt have clomid and HCG. I was told i wont need it (didnt do my research) and lost most of my gains and strength.

Im 6'2 186lbs moderate bodyfat around the middle

Before i start my second cycle i want to get up bit more in weight as i dont want to set too high of a goal. My diet is not too clean.

I use N-large once a day at half a serving
also Leanmass matrix MRP's
Ecydivone by prolab as protein shakes (once a day) sometimes

I want to get up to 200lbs before i juice again, how much protein, carbs and fat do you guys recommend on a daily basis to get some mass but not retain lotsa water and get fat?

you use too much crap...stick to real, solid food
solid food=solid gains
liquid food=more piss+bodyfat increase due to all that sugar

as for diet...read Mr.X's stickies - great advice there for bulkers, including bodyweight/nutrient partitioning formulas and examples

research, research, research...
 
As mentioned in the previous post, stick with real food bro. Real food (lots of it) is the most powerful anabolic! Beef, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, turkey...u know the deal...eat as much as you can!
 
thanx a lot guys, but i have a full time job and i am full time student, and when im not working and studying i am working out, i dont have much time for solid food, i would love to but sometimes i dont even have appetite.

I carry cans of tuna with me, but there is only so much tuna i can eat daily. I try to eat solid but dont have much time......................................thanx for the replies though.
 
Maybe make a few of those shakes with whole foods to start. Mix a couple scoops of protein with a 2-3 cups of milk (whole is best), add a banana, oatmeal, peanut butter, and splenda (optional). Then carrying around sandwhiches of tuna/chicken/turkey/egg salad/peanut buter. Bring kiwi for after meals (enzymes for digestion-- use around 2-3 a day, or enzyme tablets for large meals). Try to eat at least 3 big meals during the day-- the other ones I listed are "mini-meals" between the big ones.
How to transport? Use a cooler. I am in your situation exactly (with added projects and jobs), and I carry a cooler around as well as a gallon of water with me (always be well hydrated). Think every 2-3 hours it is time to eat. Balance with fats (oils,pbs), carbs, and extra protein. Don't be afraid of heavy cream as an aditive to those shakes either-- it is a delicious secret.

Usually the 40-40-20 or 40-30-30 or even 50-30-20 is the way to go. Try keeping the fats to the good fats obviously. Any time you bulk you will put on fat of course. You can stave off the bloat by taking some arimidex or liquidex.
 
Thanx a lot guys, you helped out a lot. I'll try from now on to eat more solid foods as ill incorporate the advice from the good bro up there as for mixing foods with shakes.
