Hey all just wanted to get my diet checked
Stats
Age 22
Bf idk for sure but can see all my abdominals very clearly and have separation in my muscles
Weight about 170
Height 5,5
Goal: clean bulk with as little body fat build up as possible (I know I have to gain a little body fat but I'm trying to keep it at a minimum)
Training: i train 7 days a week with 10mins of hiit cardio at the end of each workout on the stair mill
Chemical enhancements: ghrp-6 and mod grf at 75mcg 3x a day (upon waking, mid afternoon, post workout)
My diet goes something like this
Wake up and dose ghrp and mod grf
1 hour later
Meal 1: 2 multigrain waffles, a flavored non fat Greek yogurt, and a cup of egg whites and 1 whole egg
(45g carbs, 48g protein, about 10g fat)
Meal 2: 7oz chicken pb&j on rye bread with sugar free jelly flavored with Splenda and natural peanut butter
(60g protein, 30g carbs, 10g fat)
Meal 3: 8oz steak 1/2 cup oats
(60g protein 27g carbs 10g fat)
2hours later dose ghrp mod grf
1 hour later meal 4: flavored Greek yogurt and 1 cup egg whites
(43g protein 22g carbs 0g fat)
Meal 5 pre workout: 5oz steak, 1 scoop of isopure zero carb whey protein shake, 1 whole wheat English muffin with smart balance butter
(60g protein, 27g carbs, 18g fat)
Post workout dose ghrp and mod grf
1 hour later
Meal 6: 1 cup egg whites, flavored Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup oats
(45g protein, 41g protein, 3g fat)
Pre bed Meal 7: 1 cup egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 large apple
(35g protein, 27g carbs, 6g fats)
